  The Apartment in Hacienda Playa was excellent, could not fault it. Hacienda Playa is not a hotel resort and our only reservation was the lack of activities/facilities for the children e.g. table tennis, pool table etc. so they could meet with similar aged children. However the Pool had a lifeguard on duty every day and it is also very close to the beach. The support and communications from Exclusive Estates Marbella were excellent. We had one small problem with a door which was dealt with immediately.

  Many thanks to Exclusive Marbella and especially to Muriel Bonetti for supporting us during our sales process. It is always a great pleasure to have someone alongside, but especially if your not familiar with all legal aspects. I loved Muriel´s kind e-mails - helpful yet not intrusive. It is important to find someone who really cares about your decision, because after all you are still looking a property for yourself.

  We had a lovely stay in a beautiful apartment in a lovely complex in Elviiria. Near shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Exclusive Estates Marbella were very easy to deal with and were very helpful. We are looking forward to our return trp soon.

  Our first visit to Hacienda Playa was a very good experience. The flat was spacious and nice. Everything worked, including the A/C. We used the big pool area a lot and also the beaches in the neighborhood. One small issue is that there could be some more cutlery and kitchen utensils, e.g. a pair of scissors would have been nice.
